Take the Route 90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) East to Newton/Watertown Exit # 17. Go straight and take the second right onto Park Street toward Brighton. Take a left onto Tremont Street and follow it for approximately one mile until it merges to the right with Washington Street. Continue on Washington Street for about one mile to St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. Take a left on Cambridge Street, a right on Warren Street and a right up the hill to Nevins Street. Follow the signs to Medical Center parking garage. Dr. Chokalingam’s Office is located on the fourth floor of the Medical Office Building attached to the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center.

Take Route 93 South to Route 90, the Massachusetts Turnpike West. Follow the Mass Pike to the Brighton- Cambridge exit # 20. Proceed through toll booth and take a left towards Allston-Brighton on Cambridge Street. Follow the H signs for about 1 1/2 miles to the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. Take a left onto Warren Street and an immediate right up the hill to Nevins Street. Follow the signs to the Medical Center parking garage. Dr. Chokalingam’s Office is located on the fourth floor of the Medical Office Building attached to the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center.

Take the B, C, D Green Line train to Kenmore Square Station. Go upstairs to the bus pavilion and take the #57 bus (Watertown Square) to St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. The bus stops directly in front of the Medical Center. Enter the Medical Center at the 1^st floor entrance. Dr. Chokalingam’s Office is located on the fourth floor of the Medical Office Building attached to the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center.

Take the B train to Warren Street and Commonwealth Avenue. Walk north to the end of Warren Street. Take a left onto Nevins Street to the main entrance of the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center or take a left onto Cambridge Street and enter the Medical Center through the street level entrance. Dr. Chokalingam’s Office is located on the fourth floor of the Medical Office Building attached to the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center.

You have two options when taking the Red Line to go to Dr. Chokalingam’s Brighton Office.

1. Take the Red Line to Central Square. Go to the bus stop at the corner of Western Ave and Green Street and take the #64 (Cleveland Circle) bus.
2. Take the Red Line to Harvard Square. Go to the bus stop at the corner of Massachusetts Ave and Garden Street and take the #86 (Cleveland Circle) bus.

Both buses stop at the corner of Washington and Market Streets in Brighton Center. Get off at this stop and walk two blocks east on Washington Street to St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. Dr. Chokalingam’s Office is located on the fourth floor of the Medical Office Building attached to the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center.

Take the Express Bus from the Financial District to St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center Monday to Friday. Dr. Chokalingam’s Office is located on the fourth floor of the Medical Office Building attached to the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center.

From the Massachusetts Turnpike East (Route 90)

Follow South Street to Highland Street. Take a left on Highland Street and the next right onto Hope Avenue. There is no street sign for Highland Street so please follow the signs to the Sterling Medical Center/Waltham Medical Office Building. Free parking is available in front of the Waltham Medical Office Building. Dr. Chokalingam’s Office is located on the first floor of the Waltham Medical Office Building on 20 Hope Ave.

The MBTA Commuter Rail Brandeis/Roberts Station is approximately ½ mile from the Hospital on South Street in Waltham. Dr. Chokalingam’s Office is located on the first floor of the Waltham Medical Office Building on 20 Hope Ave.
